Return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags and packaging included, otherwise it may not qualify to be returned.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • All shoes worn with bare feet (FootUndeez, Dance Paws, all turning shoes)
  • All tights and socks
  • Training tools
  • Accessories
  • Undergarments (bodystocking and bras included)
  • Custom made or special order items
  • Final sale markdown merchandise
  • Gift items and Holiday seasonal items
  • Makeup
  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • PPE (masks and face covers)

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Package the item(s) you wish to return in a box or envelope and securely seal it. Be sure to cover up any old shipping labels or barcodes.
  2. Please include a copy of the order sheet inside of the package.
  3. Ship the return package via your preferred delivery service to this address:

What to expect 

Once your item arrives at the Mondor Canada returns department, please allow 1-2 business days for the return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, your credit card will be refunded and you will receive an email notification of this. Depending on your credit card processor, your refund may take 3-4 days to appear on your statement.
