How do I know what size to order?

When will my order ship out?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and generally ship out in 3-7 business. If there will be a delay beyond 7 business days, we will contact you by email with details.

How much is shipping?

We offer $15 flat rate Canada Post Expedited shipping for all orders in Canada, and free shipping for Canadian orders over $150.

Please note that shipping speed does not include the 3-7 days it takes us to process your order.

How will my order ship?

We ship using Canada Post or UPS Canada.

How long does my order take to reach me?

For most areas in Canada deliveries will take 1-10 business days to arrive. The shipping time does not include the 3-7 days it takes us to process your order.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, Canada post will leave your package in your mailbox or at your door if it is safe to do so. Alternately they will leave you a slip and you can pick your package up at your local post office.

Has my order shipped?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification. Included in that email will be your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your package online at www.canadapost.ca or www.ups.com/ca

What is the return policy?

You can return most items for refund within 30 days of purchase. For the full return policy see our returns page.

Did my order go through?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been sent through for processing. If you have not received that confirmation email your order was not successfully placed.

Is my credit card information safe to purchase on the website?

Your information is absolutely safe and secure. Mondor Canada is PCI compliant and we use the secure, industry-certified processing services of Shopify Payments for our processing gateway.
